Ownership of this directory, and what it means for the order of the provider list, is set out in our Terms of Service. Read that alongside this page.
The one thing to carry into everything below: the ranking formula contains no term for commercial relationship, claim status, or advertising spend, and it is published in full.
We do not write reviews of clinics
Every rating and review on this site is Google review data, reproduced with attribution to its author and its source. We do not write reviews of practices we have not visited, we do not generate editorial ratings, and we do not summarise a clinic’s quality in our own voice.
This is a deliberate limit. Authoring plausible-sounding assessments of medical practices we have no first-hand knowledge of would mislead readers making health decisions, and it is not something a directory is in a position to do honestly.
Where our data comes from
- Business details - name, address, phone, website, hours, category - from public business listings.
- Ratings and reviews - from Google, attributed and unedited.
- Services and medications - only from what a clinic states publicly about itself, or tells us directly when it claims its listing. Never inferred from patient reviews: a patient mentioning a medication is not the clinic stating it offers one.
Where we hold no information, pages say so explicitly rather than implying an absence is a negative.
Sponsorships and advertising
Basic listings are free. We offer sponsorships and clearly labeled advertising placements. Sponsors cannot buy a higher calculated score or a better position in the regular provider rankings, and no business can pay to have a competitor removed.
Corrections and removal
Clinics can claim their listing from their own page to correct details. The claim is verified against the practice before anyone is given access, because anyone can assert they run any clinic.
Once verified, the business edits its own listing and those changes publish immediately - we do not hold a correction in a queue while a price on the page stays wrong. We read every change afterwards, and we will take one down and tell the business why if it cannot stand. What a business can edit is limited to facts about its own operation: it cannot change our assessment of it or the review scores we reproduce from third parties. Claiming does not provide a ranking boost. Factual updates may change a calculated score if they change an input used by our published method. Anything it writes about itself appears in its own block, attributed to it, and never under our byline.
If you want your listing removed entirely, ask and we will remove it. We will not require you to claim it, pay anything, or explain why.
This is not medical advice
Nothing here is medical advice, and a listing is not a recommendation or a statement that a clinic is suitable for you. GLP-1 medications are prescription-only and carry real risks and contraindications. Whether any treatment is appropriate for you is a decision for a qualified clinician who knows your history.
