This notice describes what the site does today. Before launch, have it reviewed against your actual hosting, analytics and email providers - and against state privacy law where you operate. It is a starting point, not legal advice.

When you send a message to a clinic through this site, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and the message itself. We store it and forward it to the clinic’s listed contact address so they can reply to you directly. Their reply goes to you, not through us.
Please do not include medical information in that form. It is an ordinary email form, not a secure clinical channel, and we ask for nothing about your health.
Claiming a listing
When a clinic claims a listing we collect the contact name, work email, optional phone number, role, and any corrections submitted. We use it to verify the claim and to publish the corrections.
The claim form has a separate, unchecked opt-in for hearing from us about services for weight-management practices. If you leave it unchecked we will not send you marketing, and your claim is processed exactly the same way.
Clinic information on this site
Listings are built from publicly available business information. Review author names appear as they appear publicly on Google. We do not collect or store reviewer email addresses, profile data, or any identifier beyond the display name attached to a public review.
Clinic contact email addresses are held server-side only, for forwarding enquiries and claim invitations. They are never rendered on a page or returned by the site.
Technical data
Form submissions record the submitting IP address, used solely to rate limit abuse of the two form endpoints. Map tiles are served by OpenStreetMap, which receives the tile requests your browser makes.
Relationship to JourneyMeds
Following a link to JourneyMeds takes you to a separate service with its own privacy notice, and our relationship to it is set out in our Terms of Service. Enquiries you send to a clinic through this site are not shared with JourneyMeds as marketing leads.
Requests and removal
To access, correct, or delete anything we hold about you - or to have a clinic listing removed - email hello@glp1carenow.com. Removal requests for listings are honoured without conditions.
